I have multiple injuries that don't seem to be going away.

Does anyone know a good physio.

You won't get better than Nicky Smith at ProActiv. http://www.proactivphysio.co.uk/

I've had more injuries than hot dinners and have come to rely on Malcolm Colquhoun at the treatment room in Stockbridge.
Reasonable price, good Geordie lad and helped le God put his pearly whites back in!!

"And on the day that 67-year-old Norwich resident Mary Leese has woken from a three-year coma, we’ll be asking – what’s the best night’s sleep you’ve ever had?"

If it's a groin strain then contact the Chelsea physio.....

John, ex Hibs physio Malcolm Colquhoun has a place in Stockbridge. I've used him a few times, and always been happy with the treatment/advice

That sounds like a cause more than a solution...

Space clinics on Dalry. All the physios there are really experienced (one did a placement a Hibs when at uni and then worked with our new head physio at Motherwell).
I went about my back and shoulder but they did a full check and found the root of the problem. Felt much better after I saw them.

Back2Fitness

Colin McLelland used to be the Hibs physio. He left to start his own business and also works part time for Dumbarton as their sports science consultant and fitness coach. Nice guy and had positive experiences using back2fitness after surgery. Have recommended to friends who also rate Colin highly.
