I think this will be how Stubbsy starts and if it is I'll trust him

However would like to see McGeough get 45 mins this week and hopefully Djedje get at least the last 25

Only reason for McGeough not to start would be that he's not considered fit enough yet. Did be play in the bounce game during the week?

We picked up the pace when he came on last week.

It's difficult to predict what were going to go with, but we do play the diamond because it benefits the majority of our squad; full-backs bombing on, Craig the captain retains his place/doesn't have to impersonate a holding midfielder with Robertson suits the holding role, Allan gets to be box-to-box whereas Handling gets to grips with the #10 role. Malonga and Cummings also need someone up top accompanying them and it seems to work up front, if not seamlessly.

I think we'll go with:

Oxley.

Booth. Hanlon. Fontaine. Steveson.

Robertson.

Allan. Craig.

Handling.

Cummings. Djedje.



Booth cutting in on his left to get a few shots on goal, Allan to work his usual magic, Craig (if he is able to give us a performace on par with that against Rangers) being the consumate central midfielder, Robertson sitting back and supporting attacks/defence - a sort of box-to-box defensive midfielder, and Handling honing #10.

I think Handling will be subbed for McGeouch (who'll eventually usurp him in the starting XI), moving either Craig or Allan into the #10 role. Djedje I can see being used due to his experience, but if not then pehaps Boyle pace will be seen as the desired option. As long as it's not Huffernan then I'll be happy!!
