The club I play for in Wellington have just signed the captain of the Hamilton 20s, Jack haggerty. They are absolutely raving about him

At least one person benefitted from Butcher's sham.

They reckon it'll be from within, maybe Canning who's been working with U20's

I always like to see young Scottish managers do well in England so good luck to him.

Pretty big jump though.

Appointed manager of Norwich, the guy has deserved the move tbh, made hamilton play good football and a difficult team to beat with little budget and resources available

Aye gid luck to him. See he's hung up his boots as well.

Gid to see any young Scottish manager given a chance apart from ones with Hearts connections

Great for Neil and well deserved.

Damn shame for Hamilton and Scottish Football.

More sorry confirmation of how second rate our national game is. :boo hoo:

Be interesting to know how much money he was on at Hamilton and what increase he has got now, must be massive salary hike

Talksport this morning were talking about Norwich quadrupling his wages to somewhere near £250,000 a year.

Be interesting to see if he ever became linked with Hibs job while still at Accies.

You'd have shouts of "lack of ambition" or "uninspired" by some cheery sods on here

Hes after Tony Andreau from Accies.

Andreu is a stand out and I am amazed he has not moved on already

According to Tam Cowan, Alex Neil multiplied his earnings ten times from £20 to £200 per week!

Tam Cowan talks pish, not a chance Livi were only paying him 20 notes a week!

I agree Tam Cowan talks pish but why would Livi pay Alex Neil £20 a week?

I read that as them paying Andreu £20 a week.

Probably, how he finds employment is sport journalism I will never, ever know.
