You can sign ONE PLAYER playing in Scotland in the transfer window..... Who would it be and why??
Mikey's choice.... Gary Mackay-Steven. A player I would pay to watch every week, brings flair, trickery, excitement and for me is what football is about... Entertainment.

GMS on his game is the most exciting in Scotland but quite inconsistent.

Morgano Gomis - he can commit fouls all over the pitch and not be booked till the 91st minute and occasionally scores the odd spectacular goal.

Had a bit of a think about this one as I didn't want to just go for the obvious answer of Griffith's
But after thinking about it the ONLY answer is Griffiths.

A fully fit, unretired David Murphy.
We are missing that position badly and have done since he left.

Unfortunately, it looks like he's getting promoted early (http://www.scotsman.com/sport/football/spfl/kilmarnock-look-to-re-sign-kris-boyd-from-rangers-1-3650478)!

Kilmarnock's welcome to him based on what I saw last week and his overall goalscoring record this season.

I'd rather he stayed at The Rangers.

Scott Brown (The one at Celtic, not the Sheep's keeper)
mainly cause we have seriously lacked the same tenacity in midfield since he left
We need a real goalscoring threat so I'd go for Griffiths, would score bucket loads in this league.
Malonga has done well but he's not an out and out striker, Alagui when back will take a while to get his fitness back and Cummings although talented is where Griffiths was in his 1st season here, bloody frustrating.

I agree, although the way he plays his football these days I suspect he might get sent off most games if he wasn't wearing a Celtic jersey.

Sparky is the obvious one but I'd probably go for Jason Holt. Class midfielder who can't get a game ahead of Leveins hammer throwers at Tynie. Crazy!! Jason is miles better than Gomis or Buaben, he's wasted across the city.
As a side note, apologies being greedy here but if we could get him properly fit again I would be seriously interested in bringing in Lee Wallace. He looked so unfit against us at ER though.

The single most enjoyable performance (albeit cut short) I have seen this season makes me go for Ian black. I would pay to watch that every week, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Obviously the majority are going for sparky, unsurprising, but some other good shouts. Another I would like to sign, as I think we are gonna lose Gray for a while, is Stephen O'Donnell from Plastic Whistle. Always liked him.... Big, strong lad, quick, got an engine on him you wouldn't believe and his delivery is top notch. Would be a great replacement for Gray.
