Nikki, any idea if the away game against Hearts is still on?
Noticed the Hearts postponed game against Cowdenbeath is being played on Tuesday 23rd, might have a bearing on the development game date

Not sure, was thinking the same thing and also the bad weather might make the pitch unplayable at newtongrange.

I was a bit bored so I dismantled my Corby Trouser Press. I can't put it back together again.

Hamilton showed why they are top of the league, they played some very good football and their movement off the ball was great.

Disappointing for our young lads good run to end but we it had to happen soon. Mondays mini derby has been postponed

First match I've managed to attend this year. The strong wind seemed to affect both sides passing at times, Hamilton managed to get it down and play it on the deck better than us, pretty obvious why they are the best team in the league.

My (first) impressions -
In general, we are trying to pass the ball from back to front, there is good team spirit and desire to fight for possession. All good attributes.
Keeper did not look too clever with 2 of the goals, hopefully an off day for him?
Ones that took the eye for me were Callum Crane, Scott Martin and Lewis Allan. Plus Max Todd when he came on.

Will definitely try to get along to more games.

PS I noticed that one of the Assistant Referees was Paul Hanlon - are his wages so low that he has to take a second job to make ends meet?
