Fouls: Hibs 5 Alloa 5
Corners: 17 Alloa 4
Shots on target: Hibs 10 Alloa 1
Possession: Hibs 59 Alloa 41
Bookings: Hibs 0 Alloa 1

On the way home I was thinking about how few fouls I there had been. Only 5 for each side.
Is that a record? One foul against us near the end was for a minor shove which was odd as the same type of foul had been allowed the whole game previously.
Stats tend to show how one sided the game was. Even the booking was soft IIRC.

I think those foul stats are wrong. Alloa gave away lots of free kicks iirc.

the shots on target is worrying. 2 goals for all our pressure is poor.

We have been giving away very few free kicks this season so far, I have noticed this in quite a few matches. Keeps the bookings and fouls in dangerous areas down. Long may it continue.

Amazing what happens when you get rid of Ryan mcgivern.

The amount of daft unnecessary free kicks he gave away used to drive me nuts.

Except the two in succession at the edge of our box last week the eventually led to the falkirk winner.

Maybe they only count leg-brekkers? :dunno:

The possession figures don't look right.
I thought it was much heavier in our favour and what's more, when we lost it, we didn't have to work hard to get it back.
Made the afternoon very frustrating for me as we should really have pulled them apart.
I don't think we'll have an easier 90mins.

We actually had 10 shots in total, of which 5 were on target, according to the bbc.

Their number 4 must have committed that many fouls himself... was constantly kicking our front 3.
