The BBC does. They are pinning their hopes on the FA Cup. The televised draw was a bit of a damp squib however.

Is it though?

Chance of a team A drawing a team H once would be 1 in 63
Chance of a team A drawing a team H twice in a row hello would be 1 in 63x63=3969

But the chance of any two of the 64 teams drawing each other twice in a row would be much higher than that ...
