Wrong thread but need help. Plumbers or heating engineers?

Am having a bit of bother.

Heating system is low on pressure. Not sure how to re pressurise. Have already tried turning the white tap anti with no sound of water or pressure change.

The opposite end from white valve there's a screwdriver slot on the valve, ensure its in line with pipe then open white valve to top up, then close both once reached approx 1bar pressure cold.
