IMO we must beat QOS today. A win would be a massive step in the right direction. C'mon boys!

Be tough today with the players out but I fancy 2-1 Hibs.

With how many points we dropped early in the season every game is must win now

With Hearts playing late today a win for both us and Rangers would put a bit pressure on them. Rangers would be 1 point behind, ourselves 11.

More importantly for us cementing our place in the play off places first and foremost is what we cam do today.

Gonna be a tough one. I don't think QOTS will play as defensively as the likes of Dumbarton or Cowdenbeath, in the end though it will be down to how we cope with our reduced strike force. Don't really know how this one will go.

Malonga and McGeough definitely.

Oxley 'will be given every chance' which sounds a bit pessimistic to me.

We'll get top 4 with or without a win today.

Spot on but a win would keep the momentum building

We need to win more or less every game, so 3 points today is vital.

Makes me a bit nervous with the resources we do have at hand. Struggled badly the last time against them and I'm sure that was with everybody present and correct.

Fingers crossed.

Doing really well away from home but need to start winning home games. The fans can help in that respect.

No Malonga, McGeouch and potentially no Ox. Could be a difficult match.

We need to start winning at home again. Although we haven't lost in regulation time for two months, we've not won at home either in that time.

The last team to beat us over 90 minutes was Queen of the South and if they win again today then they go six points clear so a win today is vital.

Totally agree with that statement, every game till the Rangers game is a must win, then that sets up for the gers and jambos games

We will tear them a new one today. Hibs to click and skelp QOS for 5.

It will be harder than recent games with so many players out and will be a massive 3 points to get. If the replacements step up then we'll win.

At least we remain unbeaten. It was a very poor game, but there are going to be days like today: we haven't suddenly become Real Madrid. I never thought for a moment we could win this league, so nothing has really changed. The play offs is the target, with, hopefully, improvement along the way as the season develops. The home form must improve.

Hibs blew it again, as usual. Huns drop two points at home and Hibs fail to take advantage against a QOS team who looked, and played, basically the same way as the likes of Dumbarton, Cowdenbeath and Raith Rovers at ER. Get 10 men behind the ball at all times and hope to catch Hibs on the break or that Hibs make a mistake. Absolutely awful to watch, and no surprise TBH.

Of course, the only ones to benefit are the Yams.

Can we reclassify this game as 'mustn't lose'? Because we didn't.

Can w e reclassify this game as 'mustn't lose'? Because we didn't.

And could someone reply saying 'oh, so you're happy with a scoreless draw against qots?' so they can argue against a point I didn't make.

I'm sure there are a few more realists after todays game. More than a few were getting far too carried away after a draw at home to HoMFC and a cup defeat to United. I said after last week that level of performance wasn't enough to beat the likes of QoTS and Falkirk.

Yes we are capable of matching most teams in Scotland but we are also capable of losing to Alloa and struggling to beat the worst teams in this league.

We can't continue to carry too many passengers and without naming names we have too many in the side just now.

On the bright side, the return of McGeouch, Big Farid and Sugar Boy will help us massively in the attacking third as we have a huge reliance on Allan to create currently as was evident at Cowdenbeath last week.

We need to be firing on all cylinders come May and the sooner we start winning games like today the better.

While we can beat Rangers, take Dundee Utd to penalties and draw with Hearts, we need to be getting results of the other teams in our division to ensure we can make the play offs which has to be our aim at the least. We aren't going to win this league that's a cert unless we start scoring for fun & others collapse big time!
