Both :greengrin They're reminding us that the next game is v QoTS and that you can also buy tickets (from Mon 10/11 if you have a ST or Mon 17/11 if you are a part-timer :tee hee:) for the Dumbarton game :agree:

£20 from a part-time club is a bit steep is it not?

Looks like this might be the first game I miss this season as I do not have season ticket due to returning to work in Saudi in January

£2 cheaper than Hibs v Dumbarton....

We've got some of the highest prices in Scottish football just now. Not really in a position to judge anyone unfortunately.

We have one of the cheapest season ticket for kids at £25 . With our prices it costs me and my 3 young ones about £26 per game at ER .
It would have cost me £45 to take them to Cowdenbeath on Sat .

Yep, one stand alongside the pitch.

It even has a roof, in case it rains (did you hear that, Mr Findlay?)

i know we are getting 700 odd tickets but is this capped for season ticket holders???

What i mean is, will ST holders be able to snap up all 700 tickets or will there be some on general sale???? Dont want to turn this into ST or Uber fan arguement. Due to work commitments, i dont have ST this year but been to 4 home and 4 away games. Was looking forward to a wee sesh that weekend but looks like i wont even get the chance.

The pearls of lower league football i suppose

St holders get first shout. One per season ticket. I think it's unlikely that there will be a general sale as we have 7k season ticket holders.

700 is all we're getting. Once they're gone they're gone. If there happens to be any left a week today thethey'll go on general sale.

That's not comparing like with like. A better (though imperfect due to difference in facilities) comparison would be how much it would cost an equivalent Cowdenbeath supporting family to go to Hibs v Cowdenbeath.

A couple of Huns did it a couple of weeks ago, don't know how long they stayed there before the police got them down or even if they a view!

I just had a look on google earth, and with the ground being adjacent to the rock and there being just one stand, there must be a good view from up there. Some of the photos suggest so!

What's their ground like in comparison with Central Park? Saturday wasn't the most enjoyable game due to being stuck in that weather without any shelter and being so far away from the pitch killed any possible atmosphere. Anyone who's been to Dumbarton think it's a good or at least better away trip?

No comparison with regards the ground. They only have one stand, which is covered, so we're all sheltered from the rain

And they have a nice wee bar in the stand and last time I was there for a pre season friendly you were able to get in for a drink before the game ?cowden couldn't even keep the three kettles on the boil .

Haha nooooooooo

they should first let me buy 8! Only two ST holders between us and we've planned on going through for my birthday.. If it sells out it's a day in The Globe instead but we'd rather be at the game!
