Does anybody happen to know what the song is the players come out to when returning from half time? It's the classical type of music, heard it at god knows how many grounds and it's been doing me head in! So anybody happen to no?

It's not 'Heart of Courage' is it, the theme used during Euro 2012? I've not been to ER this season yet but this has been doing the rounds at most grounds across the UK.
