Bobby Madden. At least we've avoided Thomson!

Thomson will be in the Hearts end, making 5-1 hand gestures and calling a Madden a Hibs bar steward.

Thomson regularly attends Hearts Supporter's functions wearing his winners medal from that day :agree:

:agree: Has CT reffed a derby match since he won his cup medal?

Did he not ref the cup game which we won 1-0?

Yes, but he was on his best behaviour, as the eyes of the press and SFA were on him.

EDIT: Apparently my mind was playing tricks on me.

Calum Murray reffed that.

Let's be clear Thomson has never reffed a Hibs win in a derby.

Just wondering out loud...................perhaps Hibs have been listened to by the SFA and are avoiding appointing CT to derbies?

I'll reserve judgement until after the game.

Whatever happens, he could never be as bad as the bent Thomson.

The ref for the Cup game on Wednesday night is John Beaton. Craig Thomson doesn't get any of the 1/4's as Hearts are out

Beaton worries me - he's the clown that sent Handling off at Ibrox for a tackle on one of his favourite 2 players (templeton), his other favourite player is Mackay-stevens unfortunately - according to his profile on SFA website

But of course referees in this country never show any favouritism. Ever. Aye right. :faf:

The ref will be the usual standard pish ref that are officiating in Scottish football, they are all dreadful, FFS Willie Collum at one point decided he would become a doctor during the Barca game last night.

There will be crap decisions made by ref and his fat assistant's who will struggle to keep up with play during the game, we just need to put the ball in the net more times than them and the ref will be irrelevant to our superb win over the paedos.

F*** the ref and the yams. :yw:

That's if the referee and his "assistant" aren't both "unsighted" and cannot (don't want to) see the ball is a yard over the line.

Madden is maddening at times  Often let's the play flow when fouls have been committed and that can work both in your favour and against

No doubt he will rock up at the New year game.

He'll be in the home end and get introduced to the crowd at half time along with other Hearts legends.
