Has anyone else read this book? I'm about half way through it and I'm beginning to come to the conclusion that Stubbs might actually know exactly what he is doing.

Given his previous experience on the inside of Everton and particularly while Martinez was there it is possible he is going exactly the right way around rebuilding the football and football related staff support from the ground up. Not sure I can exactly put my finger on it but it has me feeling a lot more positive about the rest of this season.

Also read Soccernomics as well. Both are real eye openers.
