Listened to the Guardian podcast and they mentioned Ian Cathro, one of the coaches at Valencia. They beat athletico Madrid 3-1 at the weekend. Link to an article about him:-

Maybe one to watch for the future, need more coaches like this willing to expand their horizons.

I'd heard of him via football manager, although never knew his story. Good read, cheers for sharing! :agree:

I'm sure his name came up on a thread on here about a year, 18 months back. It was about thinking out the box appointing managers. The OP mentioned some young British coaches who were going onto great things.
