Ross co are on a run of seven straight league defeats, if there is a team in Scotland they would be desperate to face for a little boost our lot would certainly be in the hat, we're famous for it and it's been like that for at least the last four decades that i can remember :rolleyes:

With the exception of a home tie, we couldn't hope for a better fixture on Tuesday after today's disappointment.

Ross County, despite being in the league above us, have lost all seven league games they have played so far, scoring just four goals in those games and conceding nineteen.

We have an extremely annoying habit of giving teams that are in need of a lift, the boost that they so badly require.

Hopefully we can put that right on Tuesday and progress to the next round but I won't be putting money on it.

The. Ross county game is now important in that we are not expected to win so pressure should be on Ross County who are on a long losing streak .If we get beat by them and then loose at Ibrox
three defeats in a week,and morale would surely be rock bottom yet again .

It's probably best chance with pressure off and facing a team who haven't won in seven games .But we are hardly flying ourselves ,Stubbs is chopping and changing team and when T B started to do that it was because he had no idea what to do and players had lost all self confidence .

Stubbs has to get team and subs right tonight and use them correctly .We need to get a performance like we did at Ibrox in the cup but missing from that team are Farid ,handling ,Harris ,Craig and nelson if memory serves me right .Not suggesting that bringing those players back in is the answer just making the point that with all the chopping and changing we don't get consistency and players don't learn how to play together and know Thier role and who will cover if someone ventures further forward .they don't get to learn who is making runs into box so kennedys good work comes to nothing
We had been creating lots of chances but that has dried up ,so Stubbs must know why that is and be able to fix it . However if he is just hellbent on putting in all the new players and hoping they gell ,then he needs to stick with that but Sinclair and Malonga just didn't seem to work according to those that were there .so something needs to change as we know we can't keep clean sheet
