I've decided to start a thread where we'e only allowed to post positive points. Please contribute accordingly

Plenty of negative threads everywhere (to which I've contributed more than my share )

1) Hibs won at home, again.

2) Two points closer to Hearts

3) We're now out of the Play Off position

At Easter Road we play...

1) We came back from being a goal down to win again. No matter the opposition this wouldn't have happened last year.

2) We scored 3 goals for the second home game in a row.

3) The starting line up should now be different/better for next week.

4) We have some exciting new players who should only get better as they gel and gain match fitness

5) We are a week closer to the return of El Alagui

Had a silly spell but showed character to grab a vital win.

All the new signings offered something.

Cummings, Malonga and Sinclair looked like they can play together.

We had a hell of a lot of youth on the park at the end of the game. Forster, Sinclair, Kennedy, Cummings and McGeough all just young boys, all played a part in the win.

We won..we won, we won.

That's all that matters. For about 5 years the bedwetters have been saying "pretty football means nothing..give me a scrappy win any day." yesterday we got that scrappy win, but there were still plenty of damp duvets amongst the doubters. If we can get another 25 scrappy wins we'll do ok.

Managers substitutions worked well.
3 newest players in looked like really good additions.
Stubbs learning curve about his players will have increased today !!
We found a linesman that will make a tough decision on what he see's as foul play ...oh and a referee that was prepared to listen to a linesman and not overrule them
Importantly 3 points ......

It was a lovely sunny day with absence of seagulls

We won in dramatic fashion (although felt sorry for Malonga , as hardly any players congratulated him for equaliser but they all went a Mental when winner went in )

We had biggest crowd of season to celebrate a true legends Birthday .

Apart from the odd nutter the crowd got behind the team ,Althogh pats one minute of applause on 70 mins kick started that .

Stubbs now knows which players didn't react the way he expected and whatever folk say about Lewis he gives 100 %

Pat Stanton knows a player when he sees one so His man of the match award to young Dylan bodes well .

He must now know Heff isn't the answer and all three subs brought something to the table that indicated that there are grounds for optimism

And I keep saying it but getting in early and getting two delicious hot pies that even the missus liked with no que ,was worth it .

Most positive post for me, for including the notion that you can set something on fire without damaging it! (I'm away to try that now with my cat.)

Thanks brother. Nice to see someone else in the balls securely strapped on securely camp.

We will be back where we belong soon.

Too many people forgetting this is Hibernian F.C. not Rod Petrie F.C.

I too am sick to the brim with the paitence required and digg deeper financially pish, but team is developing and needs our continued support.

I am also 100% sick of posters telling us they are falling out of love with hibs etc on a hibs website!

If you have lost your bottle and desire, please do it quietly somewhere else without trying to drag everyone else down with you. This team, no matter how average or below the station we all know in our hearts our magnificent club should be will only make it back with our backing.

You can all wait till 'he's gone' but who there is the loser? You change the habbit of a lifetime not supporting YOUR team when we are needed most .

Think about it this way...... what would Franck do?

Provided AS drops this 1 up front tactic...The best teams in the world all play 1 up front, nothing wrong with it if you have the players for it. We probably should play 4-4-2 though, especially when we have Farid back.

I live on the English/Welsh border, probably a bit too much of a trip for you just for a bottle? ;) It was Morrisons Saltney. Might go back and get a few more at that price, one of my absolute faves the Quinta Ruben. :)
