1 - Sign players we need - leadership, creative midfielder, ball winning midfielder, another striker and if greedy another centre back.
2 - Leadership - new captain / someone the fans like and inspires others - we do have a lack of leaders but Gray seems more natural than Craig.
3 - quality not quantity- Pretty football is fine but we need creativity and another striker to put ball in net. Harris / Handling need to step up and midfielders need to contribute more goals - less possession more direct play with purpose. There was also talk about players quality over quantity - this just hasn't happened - we have brought in some quality players El Alagui - Allan / Gray/ Kennedy but the rest are still very average and we need more.
4 - Owners of the club - been running it into the ground for years - just leave now - let the club turn over a new page. The culture will never fully change till RP and STF leave.
5 - Defend - every team that attacks us looks like they may score sooner rather than later - this has been evident for a few seasons - defend better and stop giving away soft goals.
6 - fans - the clubs needs the fans to stay onside - results like yesterday are another kick in the nuts - at least acknowledge the fans even when a loss like yesterday happens.
7 - less taking more action - I know appears want stories / but just stop the same cliches and just win games.
8 - don't write this season off - out of no where the mindsets are now changing to we are staying down this season - complete defeatist attitude. We should be making top 4 minimum.
9 - professional footballers - upsets happen but to be outplayed by a club such as Alloa with their resources is frankly unacceptable and embarrassing. That is the last time that happens this season - players and management need to show why they are paid to be full time.
10 - stop the rot - this nonsense at the club has been going on far too long - other clubs seem to fix problems quickly - why do we look for excuses saying it will take time / season of translation / fenlons / butchers players etc. Just deal with the present and win games - fans pay a fortune to watch you. Sort it out or you will be playing in an empty stadium-that's to the owners / management and players.
