NA1 else not had their season ticket purchase recorded on online system?

Renewed on 30th July but not got season tickets and my online account with the ticket system does not show up the fact I've renewed. Therefore the telephone people and online system refuses to let me buy Derby tickets. Two days in a row the club have promised to phone me back (ticket office appears permanently engaged).

Anyone else with the same issue?

email from a zebra finance company in spam folder needed clicked on to confirm season ticket. duh.

now got two tickets :flag:
