Not that it's significant in the context of the assaults, but what does a "sacred balloon" look like? I've looked it up on google images, and there's just a whole lot of pix of balloons.

Read about that earlier, absolutely sickening, why would you attack a family in a park?!! Even the young child at 11. IMO a group of people who are hunting in a pack to look for opportunities to attack people, obviously there's some serious mental health issues and a danger to the public.
