Just a quick question but do we miss out on the international break now we're in the Championship? Noticed we play Dumbarton at ER the same day Scotland vs Georgia takes place. Would be slightly annoying as I have a season ticket but had planned to go to the Scotland game as well.

Depends on how many guys are away on international duty.we will probably have tudor jones, handling, cummings, harris, stanton as starters.

Cheers for that, yeah I thought we'd have a few guys with the 21's surely they can't make us play with what could potentially be a fairly weakened squad. I would guess Hearts and The Rangers would be in a similar position.

I can certainly imagine that the hearts will at least have their two world cup stars away as a minimum.

Hans Eskilsson must be a cert for the Sweden squad!

Vaguely remember Zombie Rangers getting their games postponed due to them having too many players on International duty.

Correct decision IMO. However what's the criteria? One player, two, seven?

For The Rangers 1, everyone else 7

Think some teams moved there games to the Sunday. That's the ones who weren't affected by call ups. Also think it used to be 2+ but not 100% on that.

That's what I fear, there must be somthing in the rules?

I think the rules state that if you have 3 or more players on international duty you can apply for a postponement.

Was planning on attending the Dumbarton game so hopefully they'll announce a fixture change sooner rather than later as I'd imagine the club will want to avoid clashing with the Scotland game.

Found the rule:

Postponement and International Selection
G7 A Club shall be entitled to apply to the Board for the postponement of any Official
Match where three or more of its Players who would otherwise have participated
in such match are unavailable through international selection and, following receipt
of such an application, the Board may postpone and rearrange the relevant Official
Match in accordance with Rule G3.
