BOB MARLEYS DUG

Seems to me that everyone is happy, if not excited with this signing - similar to us signing Sauzee last time we were in this division. Now I am not for one moment saying Scott is as good as Franck was , merely stating that the signing appears universally accepted.

P.S. Lets give Bob Marley's Dug we break eh lads/lassies. He Is, after all a Hibby and I for one enjoy reading his posts.

Thank you mate. I am going to be keeping my mouth shut about transfers a lot more now as I am getting a hard time and I'm getting into trouble. Will only post some things that I know wont get me in trouble etc.:aok:

While I'm at it, I'd like to apologize to everyone for what I have done.

No, not at all. All for it. Seriously.
Why only one post deleted though?
And will you delete all posts on other threads that go 'off topic'?Your post was deleted because you were making reference to another poster which in my opinion was uncalled for ..that's why it was removed.

Thanks.
Not because it was off topic then.

Won't refer to that other poster again or the one who appears to be getting 'bullied'.

Sorry.

I don't care if it's friendly banter. Danny Grainger is a hearts fud :smug:

Seems like the sort of midfield player that likes to get beyond the foward (s).

Something we've missed for quite a while.

Agree and this could be the signing that is catalyst for others to come on board and shift a few more season tickets and Momentum will build .:flag:

Genuine quality signing, cant really imagine us attracting a player of a higher calibre.

Whether it works out is another matter but I'm genuinely astounded we've signed him given it was only a few years ago he was rated as one of the best young players in Scotland and I think there will have been plenty of clubs with more money than us chasing him.

Its amazing what one signing can do but that has really lifted me. Still need 3-4 players at least in the door but very encouraging!

What type of midfielder is he? Not a lot of goals or appearances? What are your recollections of him at Dundee Utd?

Seems like the type of signing the club needs to be making. Hope the lad can realise his full potential at HFC.

Still need a few more signings like this though. Credit where it's due to all concerned at the club for getting this done.

Echo all of the above and hope a goalie is peeking over the hedge row at East Mains as I type this

Playmaker that plays in an advanced position is, as others have said, something we've been crying out for so well pleased about that :aok:

Anyone happen to know how good he is at dead ball situations?

For me that was a massive issue last season - went from free kicks around the box being a usually excellent shot from Griffiths to lofting in aimless dross.
Felt we also had awful deliveries from corners - Cairney was probably our best option.

I thought Cairney's crossing was very good. Should've been on the free kicks as well.
