I wonder if they'll have the same Police presence as at Berwick

Oh aye, for those about to (invevitably) ask where you can get a drink close to the Stadium...

...absolutely nowhere! If you want a drink, you'll have to do it in town before the match.

EDIT: Actually, that's not strictly true, as there is a restaurant next to the Stadium (Springkerse View?) but it depends on the mood of the Manager as to whether you'll be allowed in.

Reckon it would be family friendly if purple were having a meal. It is first and foremost a restaurant. Halfway House is walking distance.

That used to be a hovel. Has it improved in the last couple of years?

Town centre is only a 10-15 min walk away nowadays (over the new bridge). Get yourself into the town, loads of great pubs.

I think there are buses direct to the stadium (can't remember the numbers, sorry). The Bus Terminal is right next to the Train Station.

Someone suggested it's a 10-15 minute walk but I think it's nearer 25-30 minutes.

There is a hungry horse about a 1 min walk from the stadium

There is but they have been known to ban Football Fans. You could take the chance, but you may get turned away (they had bad experiences with fans of The Rangers)

Get to the train station, go over the bridge and follow the road past the cinema and its 1/2 mile up the road

Don't know to be honest mate. Not a part of town I am ever in apart from going to B&Q. Best bet probably as said is to drink in the town then over that stupid bridge. Don't even know what pubs I would recommend inthe town centre either now I think of it. As other Giddy says, been peeing down all day here, bring a brolly.

A new wetherspoons has just open about 100 yards directly up the hill from there, cheap beer!

Don't mind it at lunch during the week for a bite to eat. Not so sure at the weekend. Good selection of whisky though. 😊
