....by unveiling a strip (http://www.scotsman.com/sport/football/latest/partick-thistle-unveil-breast-cancer-away-strip-1-3479897) so hideous that it makes ours look like a style icon in comparison.

Cheers Thistle!

You presume wrong.

It's possible to applaud the club's efforts while at the same time recognising that it is one Butt Ugly Football Strip

:agree: It's also possible to support Breast Cancer Charities without using a Butt Ugly Football Strip to do so.

Presumably the electric pink was chosen to give opponents raging headaches from having to look at it. Advantage Partick.

Actually, that's a good point. It's actually a sneaky trick to give them a psycological advanage over the opposition.

If the socks were black instead of pink that would be a smart kit IMO.

I don't think it's too bad to be honest!

Don't think much of the model on the left though.

Great idea

this aside, I have noticed the players wearing white socks with our new kit other than the black, looks better.

Not sure but think that may have been the case because the opposition in both games wore black socks. I prefer the white personally though

Good on the Jags however, if I was one of their players I'd pay all the £3's out my own pocket if they allowed me not to wear that strip - it' absolutely loupin'.
(IMO likes )

I own a number of footie tops from different teams but up to this point I have never bought a top of a Scottish team other than Hibs. This one I would think about though....

I like it. However, what does it matter what it look like, it is for a good cause.

In the Australian NRL one week of fixtures a season is dedicated to 'Women in League" where teams wear a specially designed strip (usually containing pink) with all monies raised from the sale of the strips going to women's charity(ies). This year all players will also wear "pop on purple" socks for charity.

It's mingin, and not helped by the weirdo "modelling" it on the left.
