Anyone know where I could pick one up???

You can sometimes pick them up on ebay - that's a popular one and the price is usually inflated. The away top from that season (best hibs top by the way!) is going for about £70!

Try this - http://www.toffs.com/team-index/h/hibernian

They dont appear to have the one you are after but they do have some interesting other shirts -esp the 1960 away one. I've just ordered the 1902 shirt (with the Harp)

That's mad. After a few beers think £300 would be tempting to be honest.

Still got both tops from that season. I was 13 when they came out. I bought both from Colin Campbell sports and I remember he only had adult mediums in each left. I bought them both and my Mum went mental because they absolutely drowned me. Little did she know now at 36 they'd fit me perfectly!

Got them both in Large.

Bought them ages ago when I first discovered eBay.

I love the white away shirt.

And like another poster, since losing weight they fit me again.

(They are not for sale).

Just putting it out there that I'm actively looking to buy the home top from 1992 without the sponsor and will happily pay £100 for it.

I have both in a size medium adult. Have worn them once each in last 20 years. My oldest son thinks they are the coolest strips ever so i have promised they can have 1 each once they are old enough to fit into them. Don't think I would sell them unless I got a crazy offer for them.

Just checked my collection - got the 91 home top with no sponsor.

Also have the previous one with 'Frank Graham' sponsor logo on it home & away.

Those Adidas tops really were the best IMO.

I even have an old Umbro top from '84 I think with the white band across the chest with no sponsor - it's more green and faded white now though and since I bought it when I was 16 there's no chance of fitting into it again :tee hee:

Just getting round to emptying boxes following the move to the US. There are a good number of old Hibs tops in there, from the George Best Bukta tea bag effort to the 21st century! I'm resigned to the fact that my laddie will always be a Hibee at heart but never having lived in Scotland and experiencing this addiction first hand, keeping them for him is going to be a waste. So with heavy heart I am going to sort through them, take pics, decide what I want to keep and then offer on Hib-bay or eBay or if someone gets in touch then we can come to some arrangement. I know for definite I have the 91-92 top in a 40-42. Match worn, in fact I think I wore it to every match that season! :)

Are any of these of interest? As expected I spoke to my laddie who showed no real interest in these being held on to, although the Willie Irvine fits him great and looks the biz! Breaks my heart that he doesn't want to wear it :boo hoo:

13029 I call this one the Willie Irvine. Size 38/40 in old money.

13030 The Stevie Cowan, Size 42". I must have been getting taller as the years went by!

13031 Peter Cormack said Hibs played like Real Madrid when they wore this kit! Size L.

Admins, I don't want to hog up the thread, if this needs to be moved to Hib-Bay feel free.

If any body is interested PM me. There are more including the 91/92 away model I affectionately refer to as the Brian Hamilton. No sponsor. Size 44/46. See I was getting taller!

I think I have responded to all PM's. All strips still available and in addition I have these beauties to offer:

13035 The Brian Hamilton, Adidas, Away, 44-46" chest size

13036 The Darren Jackson, Mitre, Home, 46-48" chest size. I also have a version of this which has the League Cup Final details embroidered around the badge. I don't know if I'm selling that one but could be tempted!

13037 The Kevin Harper, Mitre, candy stripe sleeves, rarely worn, 46-48" chest

13038 The Neil Orr, Adidas, Home, 42-44 chest size

I can only put 4 pics on a post at a time but the John Collins home strip is still to come

Gents (and ladies),

The Willie Irvine has gone but still open to offers for the rest. .net getting first dibs but then going on eBay. Now that they've been howked out of the box, the sell decision has been made.

Just as a wee anecdote I also found in with the strips a 'Hard to be Humble' t-shirt and 'Hibees Hooligans' boxer shorts that I can't ever recall buying! The laddie was going to wear the t shirt to training tonight until he realised what the scotty dug was doing to the bulldog!
