Small steps, but we will be fine come start of the season.

We have needed to build from the bottom up for years and to bring in managers who have experience of dealing with young players
Wether we like it or not, this club will need to rely more and more on bringing thro' young talent .
We have NO CHANCE of ever paying £million transfer fees

His role will effectively be that of assistant then?

First team coach. Stubbsy plans it, Doolan executes it, Stubbsy oversees and adds his points.

Welcome to Hibs.

First piece of advice: Try to ignore the fans behind the Dugout. Just don't rise to it ;-)

If Butcher (well named) and Malpas had listened to the fans behind the goals then we wouldn't have been relegated. I know more about football than that pair!!!!!
