As it says I'll start with the keeper, it has to be Goram for me, although the older gen might go for Simpson

No that I was around but I'm sure Willie Hamilton and Gordon Smith would have made a best ever Hibs team, I like the rest maybe Roughie/Goram in goals no sure about Nijinsky, JC ,John Blackley and Des Bremner would be other options .
Des was a fantastic player for Hibs and Villa, he was there player of the year when they won the European Cup in 82 so that alone should squeeze him in .

The 3 best players my grandad ever saw playing for The Glorious were,Willie Hamilton Gordon Smith and The Bakerboy ,Hamilton was a genius in his eyes a real class act, World class without any shadow of doubt

IMO Willie Hamilton, Gordon Smith ,and Bremner start who do you drop ???

How about Best , Hamilton ,Cropley ,Smith ?

Hamilton would have to be in ANY Hibs team As much as i admired Arthur Duncan never in a million years would he be in the team ahead of Gordon smith
