I think it would be fair to say that a lot of the unemployed managers kicking around really have no idea what they would be getting themseves into when romancing with the idea of being manager of our beloved Hibernian Football Club.
Duff Jimmy was quoted as saying he totally underestimated the size of the job when he took it. and some of leannes comments in her first interview were along the lines that she had her eyes opened at the real extent of the passion for he club.
Its not a job that can be taken lightly, and for those that can fall into it and impress straight away they must have something about them. (This isnt a get mowbray back thread) take for example TM.He was impressive from the word go and adapted to it almost straight away. we need someone with that drive and respect for the club.
