There was always that Icelandic boy who was interested in the job every time it came up.

Queque Setien is a really good manager in Spain. Finished mid-table in the Segunda division with Lugo who he just promoted. May want to enhance his reputation abroad. Mind you he may pick up a job in that division with a bigger club.

There will be a few out there that might actually be interested.

Lot of Spanish managers who could be considered . Lots have worked outside Spain because of financial problems at Spanish clubs and good reputation of Spanish football . Yesterday read about Pepe Losada who has done very well at a Hungarian club for example . Ex Barca player Sergi has just left Recreativo Huelva and there are a few with Scottish connections - ex Raith manager Calderon , ex St Mirren player Victor Muņoz . Some of these managers would be available quite cheaply as they`ve had problems getting paid by 2nd division clubs in Spain .
