I'd try and persuade Fergie out of retirement for a year (just to get us back up) then let Jurgen Klopp take over. If you're gunna dream, may as well dream big!

A decent name, perhaps someone with a bit of experience under his belt both in Scotland and England and someone who has captained his country would probably do me, surely you can't wrong with someone like that.

Beuzelin first team coach with an experienced director of football like McLeish or some Johnny foreigner.

I think the way hearts are doing it is the right idea and I would like us to follow a similar idea but with the coach and dof that are passionate about playing football the right way.

Anyone we get it will be slated and threads to get rid within 6 months if were not top of the division by xmas and at least in quarterfinals of cups .that I can pretty much guarantee . So tbh rather get someone that doesn't have a love for the club or that the supporters love or it will be a sauzee all over again . All these rumours at the mo just WTF is going on .!!!!!

I wanted the Malmo Manager when Fenlon went, but we got Butcher. Had an attacking team who could keep possession and as importantly the ball on the ground.

Continental Manager to bring in Continental Players please.

Get these Scottish, George St obsessed Alkys out and get in some lads that are actually willing to put in some double training sessions rather than begging for Instagram followers in the middle of the day.

Or "retweet if your going to Ibiza" lolz lolz right before that away game up at Ross County!

Honestly to christ, what has gone on at Hibs in recent years.

**I understand not all Scottish footballers are like what i've described**

My dream manager. Can only be one choice, ME :)
And to be fair. Don't think I'd be any worse than what we've already got.

Jackie McNamara - Still has a bit to learn in terms of changing his game plan when he gets found out but the Football his team play has been some of the best I've seen in our league since Mowbray's time here.

Strong Hibernian links too, I don't think he'd suffer fools gladly.

Dream manager - Sir Alex

Realistic(ish) Dream Manager - Alex McLeish

I'd like us to go a different route this time. If TB does go I think Hibs should seriously look at overseas coaches. Germany, Spain, Belgium etc.. Have managers who all play with the same philosophy and it's use the ball well. We could look at reserve coaches or teams doing well in lower leagues.

It may not be everyone's cup of tea and I appreciate that. But anyone in the SPFL knows Hibs to well and our problems. Maybe an outsider is what's needed?

A management team of:

Alex McLeish: Manager

Ian Murray: Assistant Manager

Frank Sauzee: Head of Youth Development and Scout

Boozy: Youth Coach

James McDonaugh: u20's Manager

Roger Propos - fitness coach :greengrin

Some motivational guru from Japan and wouldn't mind a coaching/scouting role for Paco Luna and Russell Latapy!

Now that all the chancers look like they are being emptied, getting JC back would not be a bad shout either.
