The only positive I can draw out of this whole sorry mess is, that we now have the opportunity to turn the club inside out and get Hibs-minded, professional and football minded people involved to ensure we have a future.

I would like to see the following:

John Collins and Ian Murray - Football Management
Doug Cromb - Chairman, i know he is a fair age but a year to steady the ship and steer it right would be enough
Donald Park - Academy Manager and Youth Development coordinator
Alan Maybury - Youth Team Coach
Russell Latapy - Youth Team Coach
Franck Sauzee/Pat Stanton - Club Ambassador - fantastical notion but I can dream huh!?
Board - Like minded people who can steer the club in the right direction

Please discuss and add your personal choices.

In total agreement but this is only possible if we get rid of KING ROD

I get your drift ans I like it. I'm guessing Murray wasn't at Easter Road under Collins before? Was he still at ibrox.

Not sure but think both would make an ideal management team! :flag:

According to wiki, he returned to the club in January 2008:

Sorry mate but Douglas Cromb is very old and not in good health.

Also, I can't see Sauzee ever coming back to Easter Road.
