Feel the problem started when the six players were told to find new clubs and due to the wage cap we lost out on Rooney and Taylor whom if we managed to sign their goals would have kept us in the league,
The guys who were left stopped trying and the writing was on the walls,we will never know if certain players were told that they were on their way come end of the season but feel that the Major blame lies with Petrie firstly then the players and then Butcher and Malpas,
Think the players must have turned and they knew once the window was over Butcher was stuck with what he had and they did not give a toss.
