I said in another thread that she would be stupid not to have some sort of get-out clause in the event of relegation. I know she can't now return to Motherwell but staying at Hibs will mean, I hope , a massive salary reduction.

Why would she have a get out clause, this will be perfect for her to show how good she is at her job
