I'm going to stick my neck out and say we'll finish 3rd, can't see us finishing above the ****bags to be honest.

Another four derby defeats I fear unless there is a mass exodus and new blood coming in, bottom half of championship at best but hey, who would bet against another dire season with this lot in charge.

I`ve said 2nd . If it`s same playoff system we only need to be 4th to have a chance of going up . New manager and decent investment to challenge for 1st is needed but suspect that spending will be planned to make 2nd or 3rd .

We'll continue our inability to finish top six in a new league.

We are down for the next few years.

Glad we gave up the season tickets a few years back Supermac.

I just couldn't watch anymore.

The way the club is run it may take 3 to 5 years to recover.

Hope you are well mate other than being a Hibee.

can hardly hang butcher up for the past 4 years

just bad luck for him that he had the job when the roof finally came down

I'm fine pal other than being gutted tonight, far away from ER today but unfortunately there is nothing there to attract me any more. Too many other more important things going on in my life.

With this current squad of imposters i would say 5th. Have a distinct feeling/ hope that there is going to be a unprecedented clear out. Our finances for next season has just changed players will shortly find out they have to take a huge wagecut and whoever is in charge will have to budget accordingly. I will keep my final prediction and my vote till i see who is our manager and what squad we have for next season.

Unprecedented quadruple.

if you don't have hope, what's the point?

Unless there is a great influx of QUALITY PLAYERS can't see us better than third next season .
I find it quite amazing that since Sauzee was apponted in December 2001 we have had nine managers none of whom have " gone on to greater things "
What does that tell us ?

" Answers on a postcard please "

4th, maybe 5th.

More derby defeats to make things even more fun for us. Oh and meeting The Rangers a year earlier than we should. Great stuff.

5th

3rd or 4th if we sign the right players and replace the ringmaster, sorry 'manager'.

Mid table otherwise. Our results against Championship teams this season are played 3 lost 2 won 1 and against the other relegated team is played 5 won 1 lost 4.

Mid table at best (esp if we keep butcher and are then forced to sack him before Xmas)

Eyrie
25-05-2014, 09:44 PM
Second, assuming we spend like we were still in the top flight and have the right manager to use that budget. Can't compete with Sevco Huns but can easily outspend our morally and financially bankrupt neighbours.

Salisbury Hibby

I'm not scared of Hearts or Rangers. We should be aiming to win this.

Top half would be an achievement given the current state of affairs. I think we'll comfortably avoid relegation though. I don't think it could get that bad...but then again...

Mid table to relegation should tell you something.

1. The Rangers (massive wage budget and spl standard players)
2. Hearts- if this season is anything to go by decent young squad who actually have some fight
3. Falkirk
4. Hibs
