Paul Cairney cleared of assault. Maybe be able to relax and come up with the goods in the playoffs.

Reading that report and the comments in it really begs the question of why it reached court in the first place.

Reading that WHY did it even get to court?.... what a waste of tax payers money :rolleyes:

Location Glasgow.....Police Glasgow.......figures and stats :aok: pretty damning Sheriff statement.....wonder if this will be relayed back to those that reported the case and why was the other person not appearing as an accused also (maybe this is the case but this should be on public court records) :cb

The other party should in this case be found guilty of aggravated assault and/or possession of an offensive weapon :cb

I'll keep an eye on this, tempted to even ask Police Glasgow if I get the chance.
