Well done to the Hibs fans for managing to get us above 11k this season in such dreadful circumstances. We'd probably have 15k if we had a successful, exciting team (our attendances weren't far away around 2006-2007). Just another sign of how badly our club has underperformed since Petrie took power.

Can anyone tell me what the official attendance was at yesterday's match please. Real attendance only. Not PBS style attendance. Ta.

Thanks. Imagine the crowds Hibs could get if the club could only realise its full potential. It's so frustrating seeing the club in this mess on the pitch.

From my seat in the ff lower the east looked pretty full . Gaps at both ends of the west but didnt look like 5000 empty seats to me .

I was thinking the same, was expecting the attendance to be much closer to 20k. Killie had a fair section of their stand empty but I reckon the Hibs sections of the ground where 90-95% full.

Booked tickets online a couple of hours before the start of the game and the West was nearly full, a few seats in the East but in the hundreds, certainly not thousands.

Noticed in West Stand that the black Corporate seats were very poorly populated Proof if ever we needed it that when push comes to shove it's the real fans that respond to the call .

I too am genuinely surprised at the attendance figure given. If there were only 15,000 there that means the ground was only 3/4 quarters full. It certainly didn't look like that from where I was sitting. (West Upper)

It was the West upper, particularly towards the away end that was most empty.

No danger there was 14-15 k at the game.

Mare like 17K...Ken what , Just dae what Hearts dae and pluck a figure oot the air and add 4k plus onto it.

I think that was because it was 'Ladies Day' and they keep a lot of hospitality back for that. Circumstances meant it wasn't that popular by the looks of it.

South end of the west was almost completely empty. 15,000 seems about right. Good killie support. It's a shame t takes an occasion for us to get 15,000 vs killie. If fans came out in better numbers every club in Scotland would benefit.

And Hibs also refused to allow the game to be televised. Given the state of affairs on the pitch & the amount of disillusioned fans, 15,000 was not a bad crowd IMO.

May i ask what you mean by it wasn't popular, hospitality or the ladies day?
Its a genuinan question by the way though i do not know how popular these "ladies days" or the black posh seats are either way.

Anyhow if you dont mind my saying in regards the thread, what is it with us fans on here and our sorta intrest in figures and attendances? didn't it start with hearts(im sure many many years ago maybe another team might have doen it) but in recent times(the last 2-3 years?) wasn't it heartz fans whom had an obession with figures/attendances?

On a side not and a bit of  of me , you never hear about a "mens day " do you?:na na:
