Today was the fans Play on the Pitch today and Hibs got it absolutely spot on. My son played and thoroughly enjoyed it. I really hope they do it again next year.

Nice one, he did say he was really looking forward to it. Did he score or was it another "Hibernian Nil" :greengrin

Glad to hear it was a success. It's the young fans I feel for most of all during this horrendous run of results so any snippet of good news is most welcome. Well done to your laddie.:aok:

My not so young eldest lad took part in this. The beers from the night before and the full Scottish breakfast took it's toll but he thoroughly enjoyed it.:greengrin
As Mrs S says the club got this one just right. There was a wide range of ages on the pitch but each and every one of them left with big smiles on their faces. A very fit looking Kevin Harper managed one of the teams and also took part in the match himself. I reckon he could still do a job for us. :greengrin
With all that is happening at our club it would be easy to be cynical about absolutely everything Hibernian but it was great to see a bunch of fans revelling in the simple enjoyment of the game itself and their love of the club.

Did you ask if he could make guest appearances up front for us in the Play Offs?

Another one.

I asked Mrs M59 what Kevin Harper had that I didn't. That was ten minutes ago. She's still telling me.

It was a great experience but the pitch feels so much bigger when you are actually playing on it!

Mrs S, please! There could be children reading this!

If you behave, I promise to get you a signed, topless photo of John Collins

Was the manager keeping an eye open for any possible signing targets? Hopefully they're all free agents and we can get them in before the play offs.

That's what Scott said too, also said it's not in as good condition as it looks. Understands some of the bad passes now :)
