I'm hoping for a Partick defeat even though it hurts me to say it and Killie to lose as well but both their opponents have nothing to play for, clutching at straws i know.

They would need to reconcile this with the fact their young indomitable heroes of tynecastle would have lost. Tough times for the OAM studio. :yw:

Some were saying the same about last nights game.

Partick to lose and Killie not to win, don't think it makes a difference to us if they lose or draw just as long as they don't win.

I care what the scores are tonight, especially the Killie game. If Killie get beat, we would not have to win on Saturday. Something Hibs seem incapable of doing for how many games is it now? A draw would save our skin.

Hearts have got their reserve goalie Ridgers starting tonight, MacDonald on the bench.
And Stevenson who scored hat trick on Saturday out injured so Thistle if they can handle the pressure must think it gives them a better chance than if both were playing .

st Mirren will want to finish seventh so Killie will need to show more than they did against hearts and again will be interesting to see if they can do that .

Both could end up draws

Bottle merchants and wage thieves.

If I'm honest I don't see us scoring a goal let alone win a game.

Let's face it we are a shambles and utterly abysmal and we only have ourselves to blame (not the fans I hasten to add) and I cannot see any way out.

Really on other teams is a very dangerous game to play.

I hate to say it but we are totally screwed!!

This might end up good for us. If Killie only need a draw to stay above us, then they might be in two minds as how to play on Saturday. Meanwhile if Partick lose tonight they will be under pressure to win, as draws all round will screw them. Slew and that lot will nab them on the break, and we will rumble to a 0-0 draw. Don't know about anyone else, but the thought of being relegated along with Hearts this season would be about as embarrassing as it could possibly get as a Hibs fan. Just a few weeks ago we went to the PBS to relegate them... now after 2 derby defeats we're hoping they do us a favour. You could not make this up.

Whatever happens on Sat, the whole of the Hibs support should stay behind at FT and let Petrie, Butcher, Malpas and these players know exactly what we think of this. These guys get off far too lightly.

Over the last few years we have compiled a list of players we might/could/should have had. A full list could be presented to the club (Mr Petrie..) with a giant question mark.

It might not be a terrible thing going into Saturday sitting in 11th. If there is a team below is in 11th, the temptation could be there to play for a draw which wouldn't suit us. Inviting pressure onto our defence is not a good thing. One flaw with that, tae win you need tae score.
