There's a limit to what he can do though. You can't say they haven't created chances today, playing the way he asked them to. It's up to the players to take those chances.

We may still escape but, I doubt it, but whether we do or not the problems start at the top . Petrie please resign the day after the play-offs win or not. He has to say something, it's his job. If I had to report something for a target readership it would be similar. We could have had 3 with less bad luck. Then what would we be saying?

The team is not great but they played better and could have won. Losing the goal was fatal. Why didn't Boyd hit the bar? This season was a horrible curse for Hibs, but the Premier League is over now. The playoffs are something different and the curse will be lifted with two easy wins.

The biggie for me was how we tried to close out the eventual 2-2 draw at Tannadice. Once we tried to park the bus, which isn't easy with our defence, by bringing on Tudor-Jones, a strategy that we had never been able to use prior to that, the Utd players could smell our blood and didn't have to worry about getting back to defend.

Fred, I've seen Falkirk and Hamilton several times this season ( not QoS). Whilst the standard is poor, both of them are likely to horse us. We could also be playing one of the games on an artificial pitch, won't suit our style of *****
