Has anyone ordered any of the personalised items and actually got them? A 6 month saga trying to get one of their "Dad, Fan, Legend" mugs has ended with disappointment and hopefully a refund. I mean how hard can it be? I made my own Hibs Crest Mug eventually on VistaPrint and got it within a week.

Did the timing of the order straddle the change of branding etc. at the Clubstore? I just wonder sometimes about the way clubs in general, not just Hibs, conduct their business dealings in relation to sponsorship and retail.

I am really fed up with what is on offer this year.
As an overseas Hibby looking to buy Hibs stuff- there is nothing I want. My mate over here is a Brighton fan and he has some really good stuff. I complained to the shop and got mail back saying that it is because of the Nike takeover... sigh.
The staff in the shop are always super helpful, but the items for sale are very poor.
