I hate penalties.
They should play 30 minutes of ET and then turn it into golden goal. Fight to the death.
Billy Mackay can't set foot in Inverness again.
Come on Billy, get on board with the revolution at Easter Road! Bring some of your mates too.

Tim Sherwood, joker.
He is a belter isn't he? Pressure is telling on him already.

Sort of enjoyed that. It wasn't the best football but it was a tense cup final.
I wish people would stop talking our game down.

Richie foran would get in my team any day of the week. I want my captain to have a strong will to win and he has it in spade loads.

He is the sort of character we need and luckily this is the sort of character Terry Butcher likes and the sort of character we have rarely had in my close on 30 years of supporting hibs.

2nd, league cup winners and SC semi final. I wish we were 'overrated'!!
Yip. They may be over rated but are now winners with possibly more to come. We can only dream of being that over rated just now but instead of being bitter about their sudden up turn we should take heart from it and learn from it. Jealously and bitterness on this thread is abundant.
It was pish!
Pish compared to what?
Classic national finals where rantic pound their inferior opposition and either leather them or lose to a break up the park?
Or English games on the TV where a players annual salary is greater than an average clubs annual turnover?

You sound like an Aberdeen fan. Jealousy and Bitterness? Nah I've always hated Aberdeen

It's been a long time :agree:
Could be again
They held their nerve and had the best penalties, despite the game being very even over 120 minutes :agree:
Silverware is cups, however they are won, and we know that too :agree:
Lets not be churlish, they won fair and square, with some really good penalties
So well done Aberdeen :agree:
Having said all that I really was in the ICT camp for game :greengrin

Compared to other Scottish games I've watched this season.

It was pish!
:agree: Absolutely dreadful standard of football. Was like watching the Welsh league football on SC4.

Why are they singing 'don't you want me baby'???
Bloody sick hearing this today. On the local radio, in the pub, all over my Facebook! They change the words to "Peter Pawlett Baby".
