“Understanding the club’s heritage, community and development plans was also a key factor, enabling us to extend our ethos of working closely through innovative and creative initiatives that benefit the club’s wider family.”

See when you read BS like this?

I think I'll write to them ask them what the clubs heritage, community and development plans are. But I'm too lazy.

I do t have a problem with the above ,and Sir Tom made it clear that was where he wanted to take the club .But just now we need to focus on Core Business ,the Football Team ,and find creativity and innovation and a work Ethos .Money has to be generated to bring in a few key players to build a team around

Hope Hibs aren't tied into only using this stuff. Every players body will work slightly differently and hopefully Hibs have someone in place that monitors what they supplement with. For example I do alot of running but have asthma and use inhalers, the side effect of them is a drop in potassium in the body which can cause cramps in calf muscles so I take something call saltsticks which stop me from cramping just an example.

In football terms someone playing a 90 minute game should be taking something that has lots of electrolytes but a substitute that's only playing 5-10 mins can get more of a boost from taking something with more caffeine in it

Butcher ought to make them drink the water of Leith after yesterdays game.

So an isotonic drink will do all that?
