Wotherspoon was never outstanding, and this Hibs curse must be an awful one if they can't even improve when they leave. He was mediocre at Hibs and he's been mediocre at St Johnstone. If Harris and Stanton have got what it takes then they'll make it, you might have a short memory but we have probably developed more youth players into outstanding first team players than any other team in the league.

Who could he have played that would have made any difference to that today? Maybe Boateng - but he`s an unknown, so... Watmore, Haynes, Heffernan all played. Craig on for Cairney.... Cummings and Stanton, the bright young prospects, both started. Not all that sure what he could have done in terms of picking different players.

Butcher has come in and tried to change what had been put into them by the previous manager and this lot simply don't seem to be able to go out and impose a different gameplan on the opposition. They look all over the place in just about every match. I'm worried about the playoffs.

Who could he have played that would have made any difference to that today? Maybe Boateng - but he`s an unknown, so... Watmore, Haynes, Heffernan all played. Craig on for Cairney.... Cummings and Stanton, the bright young prospects, both started. Not all that sure what he could have done in terms of picking different players.

Fair point, but there's surely more to it than just "picking the team"? He has to have them playing to a set of tactics that will work, have them passing to each other, working off the ball, working with the ball - and all the other footballing skills that small clubs like Thistle are demonstrating - he has to be able to get more out of these guys that he is currently managing: in a very-poor SPL this can't be too much to ask of a club with our aspirations?
We can't blame this all on the useless Fenlon and his legacy ... Butcher has to start providing answers

Losing faith in a management team that hasn't signed a player yet, just what we need. Yes I know we signed a few loan players but we need a major overhaul yet again. If we are in the same state at this time next year then by all means have a go at the manager but doing it now helps nobody.

For some reason, regardless of the manager the club appears beyond redemption. Hopefully next season is a LOT better.

Back 4 - no competition for places

Club Captain - injured - probably won't play for us again.

Captain - benched as not good enough to get a game. (replaced by 19 year old).

We haven't had a decent midfield for about 6 years.

Strikers can't score goals / create - with service and without.

Several decent SPL proven players not getting game time.

Bottom 6 again in an average league.

Only positive is our best player is a 19 year old called Sam Stanton - however he needs to sign a new contract ASAP!

Our season is far from over as we are in a fight to avoid that playoff spot!!

Even if the players know they're going to get emptied in the summer you would expect them to be giving their all in the hope that they impress another manager. In Terry we trust but by god he's not making it easy for himself or us.

That may be the case but he needs to start doing more right just now as if we don't pick up a few wins before the split then other teams below can close the gap and when we needed composure today we saw the team fall apart at times.When we were on top we didn't look like scoring and that's a worry as when we go behind teams know our scoring record is poor and that gives them confidence to go for a second .On the counter they were faster had options .when we countered it was one player having to beat three players and not managing it .

100% faith in Terry 0% faith in almost all this team. To many who don't care and will be gone in the summer. Can't wait to see the back of 90% of this team.

Both Butcher and the players know who's going etc and I think it's came to both just wanting the season to end.

Some of these players need to have a huge look at themselves as players. As I posted a while ago. No danger are they giving 100%.
