Hi folks,

I'm part of a new initiative, offering a fitness class with a football. The idea is that because you enjoy yourself more with the ball than without, you work harder and get a better workout. And then you get your second wind for a game of fives at the end, meaning its 90 minutes of pretty intense stuff (although for most of it you can work at your own pace).

We've done a couple of taster sessions and got great feedback, but really need numbers so the first scheduled class runs this Thursday. I've already contacted Hibeernian, who are thinking about bringing a group along.

Anyone fancy it? More details below and feel free to give me a PM or message here if you have any questions.

Any takers guys? Need 3 more to make the class run tomorrow. Help a fellow Hibee, play football and get fit - what more can you ask for?

Happy to do it for £1 for Hibs.netters. Just want to get the class to run.

Last call guys. If you're at a loose end tonight, you could make the difference between this going ahead or not.

Unfortunately due to location I wouldn't be able to make it. If you're running one in Berwick any time soon let me know!

What kind of surface is this on? Would be up for it but if it's in a hall I'll probably have to rule myself out injury wise.

Yeah - it's in a hall. We'll do grass sessions in the summer.

It runs again tomorrow, if anyone is up for it?
