Guys,
I am no photographer so can anyone explain to me why in the photo on Page 5 of tonight's EEN,
The Hibs figure appears to be smaller and out of focus although it is in the foreground, compared
To the other figure?
Or is it my paranoia showing again?

Have you got a link to the photo? It might be the photographer playing around this the depth of field for affect. Then again he might be a dirty yam trying to belittle us through the medium of visual art.

Relax. It all ends up with the wee Hibby fellah flattening the Hertz ****.

Not seen the picture in question but it wouldn't surprise if someone had been given a tilt-shift (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tilt%E2%80%93shift_photography) lens for Christmas.
For what was once a niche lens in photography/filming it seems to be used everywhere these days, especially on Channel 4!

Its a pic of two subbuteo figures. A good Hibby in the foreground but soft faded with a bigger, stronger looking fud in the background. No more than we should expect.

The article is a Museum of Childhood plug.

Forever in our shadow was my first thought. Looks exactly like a stitch up.

It's the Evening News. Not worth worrying about.
