The amount of dog crap on our pavements is significantly less than it used to be, thank goodness.

I remember regularly traipsing through the house as a laddie, only to find I'd dragged some Alsatian's excrement with me on the sole of my shoe.

Thankfully as I said, that happens a lot less frequently these days, or do I perceive it to be better, because I use the car a lot more?

Anyway, here's what their doing to cope with excess dog poo in Jerusalem. Could it happen here? (Unlikely.)

It would be simpler and more effective to make the owners spend a weekend in a dog cage at the cat and dog home, preferably next to some giant hound suffering from particularly loose bowels.
