Today's result was a shocker - thought I better stipulate that obvious fact before I pose the question, less the thread go off track.

But to the question...when I was but a mere lad.in the early 60's .I was often told by older supporters that Raith Rovers were our 'bogey team'..presumably based on past encounters.

Anyone around in that era who heard the same thing?

And....does anyone think we have a particular bogey team these days?

Could be, although by the mid-sixties, I always remembered Hibs beating them. Its a bit bizarre nowadays, being one of the older supporters and no matter who we are playing, referring them to the younger set as our bogey team!

I remember Raith punting us out the cup at ER about 13-14 years ago too. 2-1.
