Got to be said that any neutral watching that game yesterday would have been thinking how bent is that ref. to single handedly swing the game in one teams favour with a string of shocking decisions really was laughable IMO.

The worst tackle in the game was Robinsons whose sole intention was to do McKay to the ludicrous first sending off and the should have been a yellow second one. It was almost like the authorities wanted Hearts to win. Bizarre.

I was disappointed as I quite like John Beaton as a ref but it seemed like he wanted to be in the spotlight all the time. 2nd booking was soft but he had been warned. Failed to let the game flow when there was an advantage. I agree Robinson should have been off the park.

Bizarrely there's a thread on broke back slating the ref despite him ordering off two caley players giving hearts a major advantage.

Not really bizarre. It's in their own best interests to ensure that Hearts have enough cash to hold out until the end of the season.

The sending offs were no coincidence at all.

Sorry. Are you saying referees are being told to order off opposition players when playing hearts purely to give them an advantage because hearts need money?

Astonishing statement by the way.

What's astonishing about it? Would you honestly put it past the SFA to organize such a thing?

If Hearts run out of cash to complete the season, thats bad news for the SFA, as it messes up the entire table.. Then you'll have clubs who took maximum points from Hearts this season complaining that other teams who didn't are gaining an advantage, after all the points are deducted from each team.

The SFA will not want to deal with that, so it was in their best interests for Hearts to get to the final.

Too bad for the SFA and Hearts... they never.

It's astonishing that you believe that. Celtic paranoia. Just my opinion mind.

Call it what you want. But we already know about one referee that's prepared to blatantly cheat and that's certainly not "Celtic paranoia".

And when they reduce Meeking's red to a yellow, no more will be said about the ref's performance.
