Look at the mess this once massive club are in. They are at least still in a league where money is still available from outside sources on a grand scale. If Hearts and Rangers survive their current situations I really wonder what their prospects are. There is obviously not the same interest in Scottish football as there is in English football and yet clubs like Leeds can find themselves in the mess they are. It's taken a while but at least there seems to be an acceptance from Leeds fans about the mess they are in.

If hmrc had made things stick at the rangers then English football might just have fallen like dominoes.

Never mind Leeds. What has happened to Yorkshire football. Sheffield Utd and Wednesday have the potential to be EPL clubs, but havnt done so well for years.

It's been clear for some time that if the Yams don't come straight back up they will be the next Dundee, a once famous club strugglin' to get promoted before immediately slipping back down to the second tier for a few years.

Sevco Huns though should be OK. By claiming to be the same club they were able to take advantage of the fans that found themselves without a team when Huns RIP were liquidated, and the size of that fan base will mean that there will always be someone looking to do a Charles Green and cash in on their transferred loyalty.
