I bought a tablet on Ebay which is brutal!! Slow as **** and it crashes all the time, Any way I got a full refund today but my paypal account stil says balance is £0.00 ..I've checked the history and the gadgey has definately returned my cash so how come paypal balance is zero ?

The payment might be pending, sort of in no-mans land for a few days before it shows in your bank account.

Whenever I've had a refund it goes straight into my bank account which is linked to the card that's linked to my PayPal account, it never gets added to the PayPal balance. Just give it a few days and it will show up if nothing is dodgy.

I used my debit card Jonny ,Im thinking it might take a few days to go into my bank account.
