Therein part of the problem lay. Giving the armband to young, inexperienced players or to players as a means of bumping up their wage to get around wage structures is not the answer...

The position of Hibs captain should be on merit and given to a player with the appropriate qualities and for me it needs to be more than just lead by example so sorry Ian Murray and KT not for me...
